Jomia's errand service builds the whole route around the rider's energy. The driver parks close, waits during each stop, carries what needs carrying and gets everything home in one journey.
Riders decide how much they want to do themselves. Some want to browse the aisles; others want to stay in a comfortable seat while the driver handles a counter collection. Both are fine.

Most errand trips take between forty-five minutes and two hours depending on the stops. Riders who prefer to stay seated tell the driver what they need; riders who enjoy getting out do the shopping at their own pace.

Yes. Waiting is part of an errand booking rather than an extra to negotiate at the kerb.
For a straightforward counter collection or a short list, usually yes. Detailed shopping is better done by the rider or a family member who knows the preferences.
Reasonable bags and boxes, yes. Very heavy or bulky items such as large furniture or appliances are outside what a transportation service can handle safely.
