Airport transportation with assistance from the front door to the terminal
The hardest part of the journey is the first hundred yards
Airlines provide wheelchair assistance inside the terminal. Getting from a front door in Woodbridge to that terminal desk is where travellers get stuck.
02Why this ride matters
Where airline assistance starts, and where it does not
Airlines will meet a passenger with a wheelchair at the terminal entrance and take them to the gate. That service is genuinely good, and it starts at a kerb the traveller still has to reach.
For an older or mobility-limited traveller, that first stage is the difficult one: luggage, a long-term parking shuttle, a walk from an economy lot, a rideshare driver who will not lift a case.
Jomia covers the gap. Collection from the home, luggage handled, drop-off at the correct terminal door, and a handover to airline assistance where that has been arranged.
03Who it is for
Travellers we drive
Older travellers
Passengers visiting family who need help with cases and a long walk.
Wheelchair users

06Travel day
Luggage, terminals and timing handled before the day arrives
Pickup times are calculated from the flight departure, not from when it feels convenient to leave. Domestic departures from Reagan National, Dulles and BWI each have different drive times from Prince William County, and rush hour on I-95 or the Beltway can add a great deal.
