Jomia treats a short primary care visit with the same structure as a hospital transfer: confirmed pickup, assistance to the door, and a plan for getting home that exists before the rider leaves the house.
For visits under thirty minutes, wait-and-return is often the most sensible option. The driver stays, you come back out, and the trip is finished in one movement rather than two bookings.

Yes. Short primary care trips are a core part of what we do, and they are booked the same way as any longer journey.
For visits of roughly thirty minutes or less, wait-and-return is usually the better option and can be arranged at booking.
Tell the driver when you check in if the wait looks long. If waiting no longer makes sense, we switch to a return pickup and collect you when you call.
Yes. Give us the full address and suite number, and the driver locates the correct entrance so you are not walking a campus looking for it.
