The ambulatory base rate is $35 during weekday business hours, $50 on weekends and off hours, and $70 on holidays.
The wheelchair base rate is $60 during weekday business hours, $80 on weekends and off hours, and $100 on holidays.
The stretcher base rate is $250 during weekday business hours, $300 on weekends and off hours, and $350 on holidays.
Additional mileage applies after 10 miles. It is $3 per mile on weekdays during business hours, $5 per mile on weekends and off hours, and $8 per mile on holidays.
Wait time is charged per 30 minutes: $15 during weekday business hours, and $30 on weekends, off hours and holidays.
